Working with Appointment Bookings list
The Appointment Bookings tab displays a list of open Appointment Booking Requests that are available after you accepted a quote containing products that are qualified for an Appointment Booking.
Searching for an Appointment Booking
On the Appointment Bookings tab, you can search for a specific Appointment Booking by Service Description.
1. Navigate to the "MYORG" menu item via the left main navigation.
2. On the "Appointment Bookings" tab, enter the search term into the search field.
3. Press the "Enter" key.
Adjusting the number entries per page
Click on the "View" button to adjust the number of entries that should be displayed on one page of the list.
- 10 entries per page
- 25 entries per page
- 50 entries per page
Filtering the Appointment Bookings list
Click on the "Filters" button to filter the list of entries
- by Status
- by Contact Person
Once selected, click on button "Apply".
If you want to reset the applied filters, click on button "Clear All".
Expiring Appointment Booking Requests
Appointment Booking Requests that are about to expire within the next 7 days are highlighted.
