Forgotten Password
Overview
On the login page of the CGM PORTAL, we provide the link "Forgot your Password?".
You can use this link to reset your current password and to define a new one.
Resetting the password
1. On the CGM PORTAL login page, click on the "Forgot your Password?" link.
2. On the next screen, enter the e-mail address associated with your account.
3. Click on button "SUBMIT". The system will send a reset link to the e-mail address that you have entered.
4. Check your inbox and open the respective e-mail.
5. Click on the link in the e-mail and define a new password by following the password strength instructions:
- no user name
- no e-mail address
- min. 10 characters
- at least 1 uppercase character
- at least 1 lowercase character
- at least 1 digit
- at least 1 special character
- no recently used password
6. Once completed, you can log on to the CGM PORTAL using your new password.
